You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service, ranging from investigating and solving problems to ensuring minor delivery errors and faults are corrected promptly. There will also be times that you work with the order fulfilment team ensuring delivery of goods is optimised, and with the R&D team to offer improvements to the products.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Deliver technical support and product training to our customer base
Solve customer complaints or difficulties, providing advice, devising and implementing solutions
Produce, update and circulate written information and guidance for our customers
Become the point of contact for inbound product enquiries, and respond to these quickly
Visit sites where equipment has been installed to review product quality and help customers resolve issues.
Your background may be from outside or within the solar industry, but you need to be confident and have had a history of working with electrical equipment and signing off systems. More important is that you are keen to energetically present the company's products in a helpful and positive way. It would be an advantage to be familiar with current electrical installation regulations and PV installation practice, but training can be provided.
