Sustain Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Landfill Gas Engineer to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bristol and offers a favourable salary and benefits package.
As a Landfill Gas Engineer, you will monitor and control landfill gas produced within waste mass. - Maintained the equipment needed to capture landfill gas
- Monitored local and remote sites to ensure each remains compliant with relevant legislation and environmental permits
- Completed ad-hoc and routine tasks, including general planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and breakdown response
- Ensured cost-effectiveness and avoided unnecessary expenditure.
To apply for this Landfill Gas Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

- The ability to problem-solve
- A good understanding of relevant health and safety laws/legislation
- IT skills
- A full UK driving licence.
As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, you’ll receive a favourable salary and benefits package.
