The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

Install, commission, and maintain solar PV systems (1kW - 1000kW), battery storage, and EV chargers.
Carry out pre-installation surveys, supporting the Head of Installations in site assessments.
Ensure all work meets MCS and NICEIC standards and adheres to health and safety requirements.
Work in domestic and commercial environments, liaising with clients in a professional manner.
Keep up to date with the latest technology, receiving training on solar inverters, battery storage systems, and EV charging units.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Electrician – Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation Qualification.
Solar PV Qualified – City & Guilds, BPEC, or Logic Solar PV course.
Hands-on Experience – At least 12 months of solar PV installation experience (domestic and/or commercial).
Working at Heights & Asbestos Awareness – Desirable but not essential (training provided).
ECS/CSCS Card – Preferred.
Hardworking and Reliable – Strong attention to detail, great teamwork skills, and a professional approach to customer interactions.
