As a Plant Operator, you will carry out a range of operations to process organic waste into feedstock for a biogas plant.

- Operating telehandlers to load waste into processing equipment
- Operating a variety of processing equipment, including pressure washing of equipment and waste reception areas
- Overseeing waste delivery vehicles, assisting the Engineering Team with repairs and projects
- Recording data from site locations and equipment, taking and analysing samples of waste.

- Experience operating machinery and tools
- A telehandler operators license (training can be provided to an experienced candidate, though holding a license would be an advantage)
- A good working attitude and a willingness to contribute to a range of tasks in a challenging environment that includes smells, noise and hazards
- A willingness to learn the health and safety standards required for carrying out the role.
