What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance tasks to maximize plant uptime and protect assets.
- Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety protocols, SOPs, and risk assessments.
- Input accurate and timely data into the CMMS, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in the integration of capital projects and the maintenance of spare parts inventory.
- Promote a safety-first culture by adhering to company-wide safety initiatives and encouraging proactive reporting of hazards.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a high-performing work environment.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong team ethic with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role, working with comparable plant/equipment.
- Knowledge of following SOPs and Risk Assessments and a commitment to safety excellence.
- Qualified to HND/HNC level in Process Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation, or equivalent experience.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
- Experience working with CMMS systems (e.g., Agility, Maximo, SAP).
- Familiarity with COMPEX/ATEX regulations and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Relevant certifications, such as IOSH Managing Safely or FLT/Telehandler licenses.
